In addition to new items, we also have a new baker!
Marisa Carta has been with Native Sun Natural Foods Market since 2008 as an Art Director in our Design Department. During that time she was also the office baker bringing in goodies for our monthly birthday parties and special events – including wedding cakes for two Native Sun employees! Her personal passion for baking made her an ideal candidate to take our Gluten-Free Bakery to the next level.
Marisa has been working with our resident “Gluten-Free Guru” Ginny Nehring, Native Sun’s Food Education Coordinator, to learn all of our classic recipes and develop new and exciting ones that will be coming out soon.
